{"id":2264,"date":"2022-01-18T17:12:14","date_gmt":"2022-01-18T16:12:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/raporty.atlantis-sa.pl\/?p=2264"},"modified":"2022-04-04T15:42:23","modified_gmt":"2022-04-04T13:42:23","slug":"rejestracja-zmian-w-statucie-spolki-registration-of-amendments-to-the-articles-of-association-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.atlantis.pl\/?p=2264","title":{"rendered":"Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Current report 3\/2022<\/p>\n<p>The Management Board of Atlantis SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on January 18 2022 , the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_, competent for Estonia&#8217;s law, registered the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company resulting from resolutions adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on Janury 7 2022.<\/p>\n<p>In connection with this, the current wording of points 2.1 and 2.4 of the Company&#8217;s Articles of Association is as follows:<\/p>\n<p>2.1.The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 32 000 000 _thirty two million_ euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 128 000 000 _one hundred twenty eight million_ euros<br \/>\n2.4.
