{"id":4583,"date":"2024-06-10T17:24:11","date_gmt":"2024-06-10T15:24:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.atlantis.pl\/?p=4583"},"modified":"2024-06-10T18:39:52","modified_gmt":"2024-06-10T16:39:52","slug":"registration-of-amendments-to-the-articles-of-association-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.atlantis.pl\/?p=4583","title":{"rendered":"Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Current report 8\/2024<\/p>\n<p>The Management Board of Atlantis SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 10\/06\/2024 the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_, competent for Estonian law, registered the amendments to the Company&#8217;s Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 23\/02\/2024.<br \/>\nAs a result of this, the current wording of point 2.1 and point 2.4 of the Company&#8217;s Articles of Association is as follows:<br \/>\n2.1. The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 1 000 000 _one million_ euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 4 000 000 _foru million_ euros.<br \/>\n2.4.
