The meeting commenced at 13:00 and ended at 13:30.
\nRegistration of shareholders commenced at 12:30. ATLANTIS SE _registry
\ncode 14633855, address Tornime tn 3 \/\/ 5 \/\/ 7, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia,
\nthe “Company”_ has a registered capital of EUR 700 000 divided into
\nregistered shares without nominal value, each share conferring one _1_
\nvote at the general meeting. The shareholders entitled to attend and
\nvote at the general meeting were determined seven _7_ days before the
\ngeneral meeting, i.e. as at 17 July 2026. The notice convening the
\nextraordinary general meeting was sent to shareholders on 3 July 2026.
\nThe initial extraordinary general meeting of shareholders was convened
\non 25 June 2026 with the same agenda; however the meeting therefore
\nlacked a quorum pursuant to \u00a7 297_1_ of the Commercial Code. This repeat
\nextraordinary general meeting has been convened by the management board
\nin accordance with \u00a7 297_2_ of the Commercial Code within three _3_
\nweeks but not earlier than after seven _7_ days of the initial meeting.
\nTherefore, the meeting has a quorum. Attached are the Minutes of the
\nGeneral Meeting of Shareholders.<\/p>\n
