The Management Board of Atlantis SE headquatered in Tallinn, hereby informs that on January 11, 2019 _with effect at the end of the day_ Ms Anna Kajkowska resigned from the function of the Chairman of the Management Board of the Company. The resignation was handed for presonal reasons.
At the same time, the Issuer informs that the Supervisory Board Meeting, at which the new Management Board will be appointed, is scheduled on January 15, 2019. Aforementioned situation will not affect the current Company activities in a negative manner.
