Wojciech Hetkowski graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology at the Faculty of Mechanical, Energy and Aviation and the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Organization and Management, Organization and Management Studies, and Company Value Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. Mr. Wojciech Hetkowski is authorized to sit on the Supervisory Boards of State Treasury companies as well as training in the implementation and management of systems and quality management. He worked as a specialist for the preparation and implementation of the “FSO Płock” investment, he was the Vice-President and Mayor of the City of Płock, a member of the Management Board of Anwil S.A. in Włocławek (the first PKN Orlen capital group), the President of the Management Board of Orlen Asfalt Sp. z o.o. Chaired Supervisory Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej S.A. in Płock and the Supervisory Board of Prof-Med S.A. in Włocławek. Currently, he is a Supervisory Board Member in public entities: ELKOP SE, Atlantis SE, FON SE, Investment Friends Capital SE, Investment Friends SE, Mr. Wojciech Hetkowski does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company and does not participate in any other competitive legal entity as a member of its governing body. Mr. Wojciech Hetkowski is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the act on the National Court Register.

Mrs Małgorzata Patrowicz has a university degree. She graduated from accounting and finance at the University of Warsaw. She gained professional experience by running a business in the financial and tourist sectors, development, electronic and acting as the President of the Management Board and a Member of Supervisory Boards of many non-public companies. From 2007 associated with the public capital market. She sat on the supervisory bodies of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw and listed on NewConnect. Mr. Jacek Koralewski has extensive experience in management, which he gained while working in banking and as a Member of the Management and Supervisory Boards of listed companies. In the years 1992 – 2010, he developed his career at PKO BP S.A. working on managerial positions and as an expert. He completed a number of trainings in the field of risk, debt collection, restructuring, finance, negotiations and management. He has a Certificate under the Qualification Standards System of Polish Banking issued by the Polish Bank Association. Since 2007, he has been associated with the public capital market. In the years 2007 – 2014 he was a member of the supervisory bodies of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and non-public companies: he was the position of the President of the Management Board in the following entities: Stark Development S.A., ELKOP Energy S.A., Hibertus Sp. z o.o., Member of Supervisory Boards in the following entities: Atlantis Energy S.A., DAMF Invest S.A., Fon Ecology S.A., Investment Friends Księgowość S.A., Urlopy.pl S.A., AF Estry S.A. In the years 2012-2014 he was a member of the Business Center Club based in Warsaw. Currently, he is: President of the Management Board in Elkop SE, Member of Supervisory Boards in the entities: Atlantis SE, FON SE, Investment Friends Capital SE., Investment Friends SE, Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Stock Exchange Investors Association. He is a graduate of the Masovian University of Humanities and Pedagogy in Łowicz in the field of social policy, Warsaw University of Life Sciences in Warsaw at the Faculty of Economics in the field of banking and finance. Mr. Jacek Koralewski was not legally convicted of offenses of fraud and not he was forbidden to act as a member of the governing bodies of commercial companies. During the last 5 years, Mr. Jacek Koralewski has not sat on the bodies of commercial law entities against which the procedure was conducted bankruptcy for which a receivership was established or which were subject to liquidation. Mr. Jacek Koralewski does not conduct any competitive activity in relation to the Company and is not a member of the governing bodies of the running entities activity competitive to the Company. Mr. Jacek Koralewski is not entered in the register of insolvent debtors.
