ATLANTIS SE is disclosing, as obliged in accordance with _i_ article 2 of Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 December 2004 _as amended by Directive 2013/50/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 October 2013_ and _ii_ § 1844 _1_ of Estonian Securities Market Act that made a choice of Contracting State as the home Contracting State – Republic of Estonia. Consequently, the Republic of Poland is the host Contracting State.
