The Management Board of ATLANTIS SE headquartered in Tallinn hereby presents the dates of publication of periodic financial reports in 2019.
Quarterly reports will be published by the Company in 2019 on the following dates:
Separate report for the first quarter of 2019 on 30/05/2019 _Thursday_.
Separate report for the third quarter of 2019 on 29/11/ 2019 _Friday_.
The Issuer informs that according to § 79_2_ of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information the Company resigned from publication of quarterly report for Q4 2018 and Q2 2019.
The semi-annual report for the first half of 2019 will be published by the Company on 27/09/2019 _Friday_.
Annual report for 2018 The Issuer will publish on 30/04/2019 _Tuesday_.
The Management Board of ATLANTIS SE informs that possible changes in the dates of filing periodic reports will be announced in the form of a current report.
