The Management Board of ATLANTIS SE headquartered in Tallinn, hereby informs that on 21.06.2019, acting as lender concluded annex number 2 to loan agreement with IFEA Sp. z o.o. _borrower_ headquartered in Płock _KRS 0000512607_. This annex is concluded to loan agreement of 14.12.2018. Issuer informed about this loan agreement in MAR notification number 56/2018 of 14.12.2018 and number 61/2018 of 31.12.2018.
In annex dated 21.06.2019 the parties of the contract decided to change the loan agreement of 14.12.2018 and the annex of 31.12.2018 in the way that prolonged term of obligation of return sum of loan of 30.06.2019 to day 31.12.2019.
