The Management Board of ATLANTIS SE with headquarters in Tallinn, hereby referred to current report No. 56/2018 of 14/12/2018 and current report no. 30/2019 of 21/06/2019 informs that on 30/12/2019 pursuant to the provisions of the Cash Loan Agreement concluded on 14/12/2018 by the Issuer as a Lender with the company IFEA Sp. z o.o. in Płock _KRS 0000512607_, as the Borrower, the Issuer received repayment of part of the loan granted.
The issuer received a total refund of PLN 27.228.167,15 which includes the principal of the loan granted in the amount of PLN 27.228.167,15
The Issuer also informs that between ATLANTIS SE and the company IFEA Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Płock there are personal ties. The Chairman of the Borrower’s Management Board is a Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.
