The issuer received a total refund of PLN 36.615.207,72 which includes the principal of the loan granted in the amount of PLN 35.000.000 and the interest in the amount of PLN 1.615.207,72.
The Issuer also informs that between ATLANTIS SE and the company IFEA Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Płock there are personal ties. The Chairman of the Borrower’s Management Board is a Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.
