concerning amendment of Resolution No. 978/2020 of the WSE Management Board dated 14 December 2020
concerning the suspension on the WSE Main List of trading in shares of the company ATLANTIS SE
§ 1
Pursuant to § 30.1.1) and § 30.1a of the WSE Rules, having considered the application of the company ATLANTIS SE for prolongation of the suspension of trading in shares of the company bearing the code “EE3100143090”, the WSE Management Board resolves to amend Resolution No. 978/2020 of the WSE Management Board dated 14 December 2020 concerning the suspension on the WSE Main List of trading in shares of the company ATLANTIS SE, as amended by Resolution No. 1016/2020 of the WSE Management Board dated 22 December 2020 in § 1, the words “until December 29, 2020 (inclusive)” shall be replaced by “by 5 January 2021 (inclusive)”.
§ 2
This Resolution shall come into force on the date of its adoption.
