concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading
concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading on the WSE Main List of ordinary shares
of the company ATLANTIS SE
§ 1
Pursuant to § 19.1 and § 19.2 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board represents that
19.1 and § 19.2 of the WSE Rules 250,000,000 (two hundred and fifty million) ordinary shares of the company ATLANTIS SE are admitted to exchange trading on the main market.

§ 2
Pursuant to § 36, § 37 and § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules,
in connection with § 3a.1, 3.2 and 3 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves
to introduce as of 17 February 2021 to exchange trading on the main market
shares of the company ATLANTIS SE, mentioned in § 1, registered by the National
Securities Depository S.A. under code “EE3100143090”.
§ 3
This Resolution shall come into force on the date of its adoption.
