Resolution no. 256/2022
concerning the resumption of trading on the WSE Main List in shares of the company ATLANTIS SE
§ 1
In connection with the revocation of the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority concerning the demand to suspend trading in shares of the company ATLANTIS SE, the WSE Management Board acting pursuant to § 20.5 of the WSE Articles of Association resolves to revoke the Resolution No. 66/2022 of the WSE Management Board dated 21 January 2022 concerning the suspension of trading on the WSE Main List in shares of the company ATLANTIS SE.
Trading in shares of the company ATLANTIS SE coded as “EE3100063686” shall be resumed as of 16 March 2022.
§ 2
This Resolution shall come into force on the date of its adoption.
