The Management Board of the Issuer, i.e. Aatlantis SE with its registered office in Tallinn _hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”_, hereby informs that on 18/05/2022 as a result of the end of the term of office of the Management Board, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted to approve the activities of Damian Patrowicz as the member of the management board as of 16.01.2022 until the date of adoption of these resolutions and a resolution on the new 3-years term of office of Mr Damian Patrowicz as of the date of adoption of these resolutions, establishing that the Management Board will consist of one member of the Management Board.
