The Management Board of the Company Atlantis SE with headquarters in Tallinn in connection with the current report no. 1/2025 of January 22, 2025 informes, that due to a mistake in the introductory section of the published Supplement np. 1, the Issuer stated that the Supplement is the second amendment to the Document containing information on the number and characteristics of shares…, when it should have stated “first”.
In view of the above, the Issuer presents below the sentence containing the typographical error:
It is in Suplement no. 1
,, This Supplement constitutes the second amendment to the Document of December 2, 2024, containing information on the number and characteristics of shares, as well as the premises and details of the allocation of ATLANTIS SE shares issued on the basis of the Resolution no. 3 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of December 2, 2024……..”
It should be:
,, This Supplement constitutes the first amendment to the Document of December 2, 2024, containing information on the number and characteristics of shares, as well as the premises and details of the allocation of ATLANTIS SE shares issued on the basis of the Resolution no. 3 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of December 2, 2024……..”
In the other scopes, the Supplement no. 1 of January 22, 2025 published as Report no. 1/2025 does not include any corrections.
