The Management Board of Atlantis SE _registry code: 14633855_headquartered Tornimäe tn 5,10145, Tallinn, Estonia informs that General Meeting of Shareholders convened on 19 December 2025 was not held because of the fact that there was no registered Shareholders who have been entitled to participarte in the General Meeting.
Therefore, in the near future, the Management Board will convene another General Meeting of Shareholders, which will be held regardless of the number of shares represented on it.
